Who is responsible

PrincewoodAI is a trading name of PRINCEWOODAI LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17473423. Contact hello@princewoodai.com or call 01926 298672 about your personal information.

02

When you visit

This website is hosted by Render. Requests to load its pages involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested page. This helps deliver the website and protect it from misuse. The website code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting services may process their own technical records.

03

Enquiries and calls

If you email or telephone us, we receive the contact details and business information you provide. We use this to respond, understand your requirements and discuss possible work. For business contacts, our purpose is the legitimate interest of handling relevant business enquiries. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we use the information for those steps. Please keep passwords, payment information and confidential customer records out of an initial enquiry.

04

Booking a discovery call

Booking uses Google Calendar. Google receives the information you enter, and PrincewoodAI receives the appointment and contact details needed to arrange the call. The booking link takes you directly to Google in a new tab. Google’s privacy and cookie information applies to its service. No Google calendar is embedded in these pages. You can email or telephone us instead.

05

Service providers and overseas processing

Render hosts this website. Google Workspace provides our business email and appointment scheduling. These services may process information outside the UK; we do not claim UK-only storage. Provider information is available in Render’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Contact us if you need details about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

06

Keeping information

Our enquiry policy is to review closed or unsuccessful enquiries 12 calendar months after our last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise them unless there is a continuing need, such as a dispute or legal requirement. Active enquiries and client records need retention appropriate to their purpose. Historical copies in provider backups or document versions may remain after a working record is deleted; deletion is not a promise that every historical copy disappears immediately.

07

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy of your information, or object to its use, including processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@princewoodai.com. You can also complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Providing information is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to respond or arrange a call.

Website examples and client work

Interactive examples on this website use fictional data. They do not send messages or make decisions about you. Information-handling arrangements for a client implementation are agreed separately around that client’s systems and scope.
